Kink-turn

The K-turn is a ~15 nucleotides motif which is formed by two strands in a helix-internal loop-helix arrangement.

Note:
The vector patterns for kink-turns were designed using the three base pairs flanking the internal-loop (-1b, -1n, 1b, 1n, 2b, and 2n). Therefore, the hits returned represent the six nucleotides and not the entire motif.
